Job summary

Delphi Technologies seeks a qualified RN to lead in-service education across the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes planning and directing educational programs for staff development.

Candidates must hold a nursing degree (or RN program graduate), hold an active RN license, and show at least one year of health facility experience with supervision/teaching capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state.
• Must have, as a minimum, one year’s experience in a health-related facility.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.

Responsibilities

• To plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

Key Qualifications:
