Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Staff Data Scientist, GTM to lead the next generation of AI & ML powered GTM decision systems that support sales and marketing decisions. You will shape models, evaluate interventions, and define standards for production pipelines across teams.

You will mentor scientists, collaborate with GTM and RevOps, and ensure outputs are integrated into recurring workflows to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building production-grade ML systems with business impact.
• Strong Python and SQL skills and ability to work with large-scale data.
• Ability to translate business decisions into measurable objectives and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for AI & ML GTM decision systems across Sales and Marketing.
• Develop pipeline forecasting methods modeling stage progression and timing.
• Build models for account, lead, opportunity, and customer propensity and risk.
• Create next-best-action systems and evaluate campaigns and interventions.
• Apply causal inference and uplift modeling to measure impact and inform actions.
• Establish standards for training, backtesting, calibration, and deployment.
• Partner with GTM leaders and RevOps to embed outputs into workflows.
• Mentor scientists and raise technical standards across teams.
