Invoca, a remote‑first, US‑based company, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for its Data Platform. You will lead architectural direction and deliver high‑impact data infrastructure that powers AI agents across the platform.

You will collaborate with product, analytics, and data science teams to turn data into reliable, real-time intelligence, shaping how call and marketing signals are transformed and consumed by downstream systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with data platforms, infrastructure, or backend systems.
• Experience leading architecture and delivery roadmaps.
• Experience integrating data for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision for Invoca's data platform across product teams.
• Design and build ingestion, streaming, and transformation pipelines for data and signals.
• Own rolling 3-month delivery plan and translate roadmap into releases.
• Partner across engineering, product, analytics, and data science teams.
• Enable AI agents to use platform data as context with governance.
