Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering in data platform or backend systems.
• Proven leadership: architecture vision, roadmap, releases.
• Experience with data for AI contexts and lakehouse tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision for Invoca's data platform across product teams.
• Design and build ingestion, streaming, and transformation pipelines for data and signals.
• Evolve lakehouse architecture and core data tooling for exploration and reporting.
• Ensure teams can build on data without deep infra expertise.
• Drive shared platform investments to unlock new product capabilities.
• Own the rolling 3-month delivery plan with accountability for high-impact outcomes.
