You’ll partner with stakeholders to define metrics, build scalable data models, and champion data quality while influencing decision-making across the organization in a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or analytical field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decisions through analytics.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish Data-Driven Business Command
• Partner with stakeholders to design key business metrics and dashboards that empower data-informed decisions
• Conduct analyses to reveal root causes, opportunities, and forecast outcomes
• Transform findings into narratives that influence strategic direction
• Champion trustworthy data with data engineers to ensure completeness and quality
• Collaborate on dimensional data models and governance practices
• Amplify team performance by aligning roadmaps and mentoring teammates
