Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems in Sunnyvale, California is hiring Staff/Senior Staff/Principal Software Engineers to architect and develop Cloud Infrastructure management systems and end-to-end workflows for the Crusoe Cloud.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across product and operations teams, and drive reliability, scalability, and security as we scale our energy-first AI infrastructure and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 10+ years building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.
• Fluency in Go, Rust, Java or C++.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop cloud infrastructure management systems.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth across product teams.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of Crusoe Cloud platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end customer use cases.
