Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect, design, and develop Cloud Infrastructure management systems for Crusoe Cloud. You will deliver end-to-end use cases and workflows for our vertically integrated AI-first infrastructure, enabling reliable planning, monitoring, deployment, and operation of our systems.

You will implement platforms and tooling with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency, helping Crusoe Cloud scale by 10X and beyond while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Experience building reliable, scalable, secure cloud platforms.
• Fluency in Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
• Collaborative mindset with development and operations teams.
• Strong cloud security understanding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to design and implement physical infrastructure management software systems.
• Contribute to reliability, scalability, and security of platforms.
• Develop workflows that drive efficiency and meet business objectives.
• Design and implement cloud architectures optimized for performance and cost.
• Develop automation tooling for deployment, config mgmt, and ops.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.
