Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Customer Experience Intelligence to architect and deliver an AI-native vertical workflow platform. You will build a scalable, multi-tenant backend ecosystem that orchestrates AI agents, humans, and enterprise tools into end-to-end workflows.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across CXI, Product, and Platform Engineering, ensuring reliability, observability, and rapid delivery across domains such as IT, Security, Marketing, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend development experience designing, building, and maintaining high-throughput production systems.
• Proven success deploying enterprise backend infrastructure, microservices, and robust APIs.
