The John Gore Organization is seeking a part-time Staff Assistant for the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center in Baltimore. The role will involve supporting senior management, handling bookings, basic accounting, and venue operations.
Responsibilities include handling calls, assisting the President and VP, supporting sponsorship and marketing efforts, and managing employment-related paperwork. A 4-year degree is preferred; Microsoft Excel proficiency is advantageous.

The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center is seeking a motivated, ambitious, organized, outgoing, and dedicated performing arts professional to join the team at the Center as a part-time Staff Assistant.
Staff Assistants will work very closely with the senior management at the Center to assist in various capacities including booking administration, basic accounting, and venue operations. Duties include:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
