Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to join the Wind Engineering FPM Fleet Data & Analytics team. You will develop scalable data and analytics solutions to support wind turbine reliability, fleet performance, and operational decision-making across GE Vernova Wind Services.

You will work with SCADA, sensor, and enterprise data to build analytics products, pipelines, and monitoring capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong data engineering and analytics development skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM majors with minimum 4 years of experience with data analytics or data science.
• Minimum 2 years with Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment operation and failure modes to detect failures from sensor data and process environment.
• Design and build analytic packages; review technical documents.
• Develop derivative analytics for equipment variants and incorporate field feedback.
• Write analytics documentation for Field Services teams; gather user requirements.
