GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Staff Analytics Engineer to join our Wind Engineering FPM Fleet Data & Analytics team. You will develop scalable data and analytics solutions that support wind turbine reliability, fleet performance, engineering investigations, and operational decision-making across our wind business.

You will work across a broad set of data sources to build robust pipelines, analytics products, and monitoring capabilities, applying DevOps practices and agile delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM with minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Minimum 2 years with Python and SQL.
• Experience designing analytics using non-parametric ML algorithms or heuristics.
• Experience deploying or operating applications/infrastructure in a public or private cloud environment.

Mansioni

• Analyze equipment operation and failure modes to detect failures from process environment, equipment operation and real-time sensor data.
• Design and build new analytic packages following a structured process; review technical documents.
• Create derivative analytics for variants of known equipment and maintain analytic library.
• Develop analytics documentation for Field Services teams and support product engineering in new GE Vernova Wind Solutions generations.
• Serve as a communications hub and source of truth for analytics applications in the field.
