GE Vernova is seeking a Fleet Performance Engineer to monitor and interpret the technical performance of the installed fleet, identifying degradation and reliability risks while translating observations into actionable insights.

You will analyze operational data, alarms, events, and maintenance history across solar and energy-storage assets, collaborating with Reliability, RCA, Data Analytics, and Product teams to drive proactive fleet management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Controls or related field.
• Engineering experience with power conversion, renewable energy, energy storage or industrial controls.
• Experience analyzing operational or field data to solve technical problems.
• Ability to interpret alarms, events, trends and operating conditions.
• Clear communication of complex findings to engineering and leadership.

• Monitor fleet performance, availability, reliability, and KPIs for solar and energy-storage assets.
• Analyze operational data, alarms and maintenance history to identify deviations and risks.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and views for fleet and asset visibility.
• Investigate underperformance and quantify impact.
