Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Staff Analytics Engineer to join the Wind Engineering Fleet Performance Management team. You will design and deliver analytics products, data pipelines, and monitoring capabilities powering engineering decisions across GE Vernova's global wind fleet.

You’ll own the full analytics lifecycle—from design to deployment, with data from SCADA, sensors, and enterprise platforms. You’ll build scalable pipelines, dashboards, and reusable models, using tools like Power BI,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for building production-quality analytics and data solutions.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting data pipelines, data models, and analytics workflows in engineering or enterprise environments.
• Experience developing dashboards and data applications using Power BI, Tableau, Plotly Dash, Streamlit, or similar tools.
• Experience applying CI/CD, version control, testing, and release management practices in data and analytics environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own development and operation of analytics solutions across the full lifecycle—from design through deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Work with SCADA, condition-based monitoring, turbine sensors, and enterprise platforms to build reliable analytics assets.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows for turbine and fleet data.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to surface insights on turbine reliability and fleet performance.
• Monitor data quality and pipeline health; perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
