Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with distributed systems and production AI/ML.
• Experience with LLM-based applications, grounding, reducing hallucinations, and guardrails.
• Design of APIs, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks for agentic AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build Agentic AI systems powering compliance automation and operations.
• Design APIs and measurement frameworks to ensure grounded, low-hallucination AI delivering customer delight.
• Lead technical direction for distributed AI automation architectures and roadmaps with engineering leadership.
• Build reusable primitives and orchestration solutions to scale AI automation across domains.
• Mentor engineers on AI system design, coding standards, and production readiness for LLM-based apps.
