Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field plus extensive AI/ML experience
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java
• Experience designing and deploying scalable AI systems and evaluating model performance

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training and inference
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (AWS, Huggingface, PyTorch, VectorDBs)
• Invent state-of-the-art foundation model optimization techniques for performance, cost, latency, and throughput
• Contribute to technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems
• Set technical direction for enterprise‑wide AI architecture across teams
• Own design and integration of routing, caching, and orchestration for hybrid/multi-model workloads
• Champion responsible AI principles and promote transparency, reproducibility, and fairness
• Drive internal education, mentorship, and dissemination of best practices through councils and guilds
