Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant field with years of AI/ML experience
• 8+ years of Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java development experience
• Experience designing AI systems and cloud deployments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components (foundation model training, LLM inference, agents, vector databases)
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies to build scalable AI systems
• Advance foundation model optimization for performance, cost, latency, and throughput
• Contribute to long-term AI architecture roadmaps and enterprise standards
• Champion responsible AI principles across system design and governance
