Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field with strong AI/ML background.
• 8+ years of experience with AI/ML algorithms or technologies.
• 8+ years of programming in Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, PyTorch).
• Innovate model optimization techniques for performance, cost, latency, and throughput.
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.
• Set enterprise-wide AI architecture direction and tooling standards.
• Own design/integration of model routing, caching, and orchestration systems.
• Champion responsible AI principles: transparency, reproducibility, fairness-by-design.
• Drive internal education, mentorship, and dissemination of best practices.
