Job summary

Accordion's Data & Analytics AI Lab seeks engineers at Staff, Senior Staff, or Executive Director levels to design and ship agentic AI systems for PE clients. You will own architecture, set standards, and collaborate with CFOs and operators.

This is a high-velocity, technically deep role in a client-facing environment with opportunities to influence strategy, improve production systems, and advance AI‑driven value creation across portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in agentic architecture and production AI systems.
• Experience shipping production AI solutions for clients, ideally in consulting/AI‑services.
• Strong Python and TS/React fundamentals with good architectural judgment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship the hardest agentic systems in the portfolio.
• Set technical standards and reusable patterns across pods.
• Own build-vs-buy decisions and defend them to CFOs and operators.
• Build observability/evaluation infra for production AI quality.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Travel to client sites as needed to scope and present work.
• Represent AI Lab’s technical view in cross‑practice and client conversations.
