Job summary

Acquia seeks a Staff AI Engineer to join the AI Core Engineering team. This hands-on role will design, build, and ship production-grade agentic AI workflows across the Acquia DXP using LangGraph, Temporal, Pydantic and LangFuse, while mentoring teammates as the team grows.

You’ll partner with product teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI architectures that meet SLA, security, and compliance requirements, and evaluate emerging tools to improve the agentic stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with 3+ years in production of AI Agents.
• Hands-on LangFuse expertise: tracing, evaluation, prompt management.
• Deep Python proficiency with testing, CI/CD, and architecture.
• Ability to mentor engineers and review code.

Responsibilities

• Write and ship production AI code daily – you are an active contributor.
• Architect agentic AI workflows for enterprise scale and reliability.
• Own AI observability via LangFuse: tracing, versioning, evaluation, and benchmarking.
