Job summary

Aimlroles is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and deliver robust AI-driven software systems. You will own complex components, lead feature implementation, and drive best practices within your squad.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering to align AI solutions with user needs, business goals, safety, and performance. The role requires hands-on engineering, ownership, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features (agents/tool-calling).
• Proficiency in modern full‑stack development and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into agentic workflows and production-ready full-stack components (APIs, services, UIs).
• Design and document functional and technical specs for mid-to-large components.
• Implement agent orchestration with emphasis on correctness, safety, and reliability.
• Review code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integrate enterprise applications and services using APIs and middleware.
• Develop and participate in deploying software in Azure cloud environments.
• Define evaluation strategies for agent behavior and tests.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
