Accordion is recruiting for two levels: Associate Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. You’ll work on agentic systems, write the agent logic, the RAG pipeline, and the eval harness for live client engagements, growing toward owning a workstream.

This is a highly technical, fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll ship code from day one, learn the data landscape, and collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teammates to deliver real value.

Formación

• Solid Python and/or TypeScript/React fundamentals.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM application development: RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration.
• Genuine use of AI coding tools in your workflow; talk concretely about speedups.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace; client-facing, consulting-style environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship components of multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines for PE-backed portfolio company engagements under guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, tool design, and deployment for production AI systems.
• Write and run evals as part of eval-driven development; define success criteria before you build.
• Translate client requirements into technical tasks with support from your pod on ambiguous parts.
• Build observability into the systems you ship so quality is measurable.
• Senior level: own a workstream end-to-end and present architecture decisions to stakeholders.
