Financeroles is hiring a Staff Accountant for a full-time remote role aligned with US business hours. You will manage end-to-end accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and pushing process improvements through automation and AI-driven tools.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of hands-on accounting, strong Sage Intacct experience, and advanced Excel skills. Remote work requires independence, reliability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Experience with accounts payable, cash postings, payroll journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement review.
• Strong Excel skills and Sage Intacct proficiency are required.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting across multiple entities.
• Manage AP posting and cash postings.
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries.
• Record and maintain accruals and complete reconciliations.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and assist with close processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows.
