Job summary

RethinkFirst is a leader in behavioral health technology serving employers, schools, and communities. We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join the accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and GAAP.
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Assist the month-end close process with balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines for financial reporting and management review are met.
• Support external auditors with requested documentation and maintain GAAP compliance.
