Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a hybrid role at our Plano, TX corporate office.

The role focuses on developing, implementing, and administering HR policies and employee programs to support organizational goals, while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations and investigations. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in employee relations and complex investigations, 5+ years in HR management, and broad knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Seven years of employee relations and complex investigations experience required.
• Five years of human resources management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of compensation, organization diagnosis, employee diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR policies, programs, and employment practices to support organizational objectives.
• Advise corporate leaders on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate onboarding initiatives and ensure compliant, consistent people practices.
• Provide guidance to frontline management on performance management, coaching, and development.
