Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable: review and enter vendors' bills and approvals.
• Cash, bank, and credit card management: matching, reconciling, forecasts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing: accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing the budget and reporting for controllers.
• Assist the Controller with the annual audit.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with expense and travel system usage.
• Payroll recording and bonus tracking.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
