Job summary

Allia Health Group is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the Accounting Manager and Accounts Payable Specialist across multiple entities. The role emphasizes invoicing, AP processing, corporate card administration, and month-end close while guiding the shift from cash-based to GAAP accrual accounting by January 2027.

The staff accountant will work extensively with NetSuite, NetSuite Bill Capture, Concur, and JPMorgan Spend Center to strengthen internal controls, support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR experience.
• Experience using ERP systems is required.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and distribute customer invoices across Allia Health Group portfolio.
• Manage recurring invoice schedules and automated billing processes.
• Monitor weekly invoice runs for completeness and accuracy.
• Support AP with vendor invoice intake and processing.
• Verify coding, departments, and entities prior to posting.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support revenue recognition and intercompany allocations.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness.
