Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support Cash, AR, and AP across its six Maryland entities and the management company. You will perform ad hoc analysis, assist with reporting, and contribute to monthly closings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting, 4+ years of experience in multi-entity environments, and strong Excel skills; experience with Acumatica is a plus. Hybrid schedule in our Maryland operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred.
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, charts).

Responsibilities

• Manage cash/bank duties and reconcile daily activity.
• Administer AR processes, billing, and collections.
• Process AP, vendor invoices, and 1099 filings.
• Support month/year-end closings and ad hoc analyses.
