Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our North Dallas corporate office team. You will manage month-end close for multiple entities, prepare journal entries, and analyze variances to support accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include reconciliations, allocations, audit support, and communicating financial information to corporate leadership. Strong Excel and Great Plains/Anaplan experience preferred, with a four-year accounting degree and multi-entity exposure highly

Qualifications

• Four-year Accounting degree required.
• 1–3 years corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with balance reconciliations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel; heavy Excel usage.
• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics/Enterprise, FYIsoft reporting, and Anaplan.
• Multi-entity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close for multiple entities, including journal entries and allocations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze trends/variances.
• Prepare and submit allocations; conduct bank reconciliations and research reconciling items.
• Communicate financial information to corporate and accounting management.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in audits.
• Safeguard company assets by following policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
