Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general accounting, cash management, intercompany accounting, and treasury functions. This hands-on role covers month-end close, reconciliations, cash reporting, AP, and process improvements.

The team emphasizes accuracy and proactive process enhancements across multiple entities and business units, with opportunities to contribute to audits and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on exposure to AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Experience with cash management or treasury-related functions preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
