Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. The role includes managing accounts payable, credit card processing, and AP banking tasks (Wires/ACH). You will assist payroll and support audits and special projects under the Controller.

The position provides exposure to intercompany transactions and year-end processes in a fast-paced subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; AP/AR/payroll familiarity.
• Hands-on with journal entries and monthly close processes.

Aufgaben

• Prepare journal entries for month-end close with supervisor review.
• Perform reconciliations of sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
• Process accounts payable including 3-way matching and vendor inquiries.
• Handle AP banking tasks: wires, ACH, and check processing.
• Support payroll and respond to audit requests and special projects.
• Process and assist with intercompany transactions and accruals.
• Archive and organize financial documents as required.
