Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Accounts payable processing, vendor inquiries, and 3-way matching.
• Support banking activities: wires and ACH; assist with year-end 1099s.
• Assist with payroll support and audit requests; respond to special projects.
