The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and strong Excel/Word skills, with experience in high-volume accounting processes and a hands-on, team-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, Payroll and/or journal entries.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable including wires and ACH payments.
• Support payroll processing and assist Controller with audits and special projects.
• Handle bank-related activities: wires, ACH, and credit card payments.
• Process vendor invoices, prepare 1099s, and assist with intercompany tasks.
