Job summary

Alpine Testing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Staff Accountant to manage AR/AP, assist with month-end activities, and support internal controls. The role involves cross-department collaboration and using ERP and workflow systems.

You will generate invoices, post payments, enter statements of work, and monitor aging reports while preparing journal entries and supporting audits. Strong GAAP knowledge and excellent collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Residence in Pacific or Mountain time zones.
• Experience with GAAP and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• NetSuite, Ramp or Asana experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send client invoices on time.
• Post client payments and monitor AR aging.
• Process accounts payable with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare journal entries for prepaids and accruals.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist with month-end close and internal controls.
• Document processes and collaborate cross-functionally.
