Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its Finance & Accounting team. This hands-on role covers AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close, supporting the Controller and ensuring accurate financial records.

You will manage daily AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, audits prep, payroll postings, and collaborate on process improvements in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of full-cycle AP and AR.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process employee expense reimbursements and maintain vendor records.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, aging, and collections follow-up.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and subledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits.
• Review and post payroll journal entries and assist with payroll reconciliations.
• Support HR with accounting-related employee changes.
• Assist with reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
