Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Accounts Receivable: monitor the accounts receivable aging report.
• Process Accounts Payable: ensure expenses are coded, approved, and paid accurately and on time.
• Assist in month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Support Controller during audits.
• Contribute to internal controls by preparing process documents and identifying process improvements.
• Document management of invoicing records, vendor records, and accounting process documentation.
