Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Live in Pacific or Mountain time zones.
• Experience with GAAP and general accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send client invoices accurately and on time.
• Post client payments and maintain statements of work in ERP.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist reconciliation.
• Process accounts payable with proper coding, approvals, and timely payments.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end prepaids and accruals.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations with Controller.
• Support audits and contribute to internal controls by documenting processes.
• Document management of invoicing and vendor records; maintain accounting process documentation.
• Collaborate across departments in real time and handle duties as needed with Controller.
