Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure proper documentation for payments.
• Interface with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, and subsidiaries.
• Maintain accounts payable files and records.
• Record corporate credit card transactions.
• Assist Controller and CFO with project analysis, inventory management, and financial reports.
• Assist with ERP system upgrades/enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO policies and report deviations.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
