In this position you will handle AP, reconciliations, expense processing, and branch support while collaborating with internal teams to resolve questions and ensure accurate financials. A detail-oriented mindset and solid Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, especially AP and reconciliations.
• Intermediate Excel skills; VLOOKUPs/PivotTables a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions (invoices, expenses, ACH payments, checks, wire transfers).
• Review and vouch invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and approvals.
• Process employee expenses and maintain documentation.
• Manage company credit card transactions and reconcile activity.
• Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Provide accounting support to branches and internal teams.
