Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 1.5–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP ledgers systems preferred (Oracle).
• Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile GL accounts monthly and research discrepancies.
• Reconcile sub-ledgers to GL as needed.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and schedules.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Coordinate with other departments and external sources.
• Support internal controls and SOX compliance and assist auditors.
• Provide information for audits and special projects.
