Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key aspects of the month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and investigate variances.
• Support external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements.
• Collaborate across finance and operations teams.
