Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of general ledger and month-end close experience.
• Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance, internal controls, and audits.
• Strong communication skills across organization.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and account analysis.
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and support financial reporting.
• Assist with SOX compliance, internal controls, and external audit requests.
• Support ERP system upgrades, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and identify areas for operational efficiencies.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and serve as a key resource for the accounting team.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
