Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1-4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public or corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Healthcare or multi-entity organization experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Knowledge of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ASC 842 lease accounting preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems (NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Analytics, LeaseQuery).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and perform account reconciliations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Maintain accounting records and schedules for balance sheet and income statement accounts per GAAP.
• Support accounting for fixed assets, leases, debt, equity, payroll accruals and other activities.
• Assist with acquisitions, including purchase accounting entries and post-acquisition integration.
• Prepare analyses and reconciliations for management reporting, audits, and external reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely reporting.
• Assist with audit schedules and provide documentation for audits; identify process improvements.
• Participate in special projects, system implementations, and corporate finance initiatives.
