Job summary

Rezult Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our finance team and help drive accurate financial reporting. The role focuses on monthly close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of full cycle accounting experience and are proficient with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Oracle experience is a plus, and the position involves ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
• Experience in Oracle is a plus.
• Excel skills to include pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.

Responsibilities

• Performing monthly account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Preparing and posting journal entries to support month-end close and maintain accurate general ledger account
• Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements
• Preparing and maintaining supporting schedules, account rollforwards, and other financial documentation
• Compiling, tracking, and reporting daily key financial statistics and operational metrics
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Ad hoc work as assigned
