Jack Archer, headquartered in New York City, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to own the AP process, cash and core reconciliations. The role reports to the finance lead, with hands-on ownership from day one and room to shape processes as the company scales.

The position is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu). You will manage vendor inquiries, run end-to-end AP in Bill.com, and support period-end closings while collaborating with the finance team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Bill.com and Ramp (or comparable ERP, AP and card platforms).
• Solid command of bank reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close.

Aufgaben

• Own the AP/Accounting inbox, triaging vendor invoices and inquiries.
• Run AP end-to-end in Bill.com: load invoices and credits, process payments and vendor setups.
• Execute portal and wire payments with proper approvals and documentation.
• Prepare cash sheet and record cash journals in NetSuite for all three bank accounts.
• Manage Ramp: code transactions, sync to NetSuite and issue new cards.
• Prepare period-end reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
