Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Experience with invoicing, vendor management, banking, and reconciliations.
• Oracle experience is a huge plus; comfortable booking journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end invoice and payment lifecycle by deadlines.
• Oversee vendor and supply management to reduce fraud risk.
• Support bank reconciliations with debit/credit knowledge.
• Record journal entries as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for invoice and payment inquiries.
• Use Oracle or similar ERP to process transactions and troubleshoot.
