Job summary

Integrity Environmental Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia. You will support multiple accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, tax compliance, and general accounting operations.

Work closely with the Controller and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions while contributing to team efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable with high accuracy and timely payments.
• Handle full-cycle Accounts Receivable including postings and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax compliance and filing across jurisdictions.
• Support general accounting tasks and month-end close.
• Collaborate with Controller and other departments to improve processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and vendor data.
