As our Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role in:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and compliance.
Reconciliations & Recordings
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency.
Month-End & Year-End Close
- Help close the books with adjusting entries, accruals, and timely reporting.
Insightful Analysis
- Analyze variances, trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
Inventory Management
- Account for inventory accurately, including sales, cost of sales, and valuation.
Vendor & Invoice Management
- Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration Across Departments
- Support audits, process improvements, and cross-functional communication.
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend process efficiencies to improve accounting workflows.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience
Software Skills: ERP systems (NetSuite a plus); Advanced Excel required
