AXS is seeking a Client Services Supervisor for the Stadiums and Arenas division in Los Angeles. You will provide frontline service and advocacy for venue partners, acting as a relationship manager and tech support across all products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; BA/BS preferred.
• 4–6 years in live event ticketing and event programming.
• Strong problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to multitask across multiple clients.
• Team collaboration and leadership ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.
• Share best practices and advise on event configurations.
• Develop relationships with venue managers and understand unique challenges.
• Act as an expert on all products/services and stay current with new releases.
• Respond to client/venue support requests and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical support issues.
• Track and report all client interactions for quality service.
• Assist in monitoring incoming support requests and mentor junior staff.
