Job summary

AXS is seeking a Ticketing Supervisor to configure events in the AXS system and run on-site ticketing for City of Denver venues. You will serve as the liaison between City of Denver and promoters, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.

You will lead a team, create staff schedules, resolve complex reservations issues, and push programs like Resale and AXS Premium with promoters. A BA/BS in business and 2+ years in live event ticketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years live event ticketing and box office management experience.
• Experience planning, delivering, and supporting ticketing and reservation services.
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Strong digital literacy with ticketing systems and related software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise staff.
• BA/BS degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure events and promotions for City of Denver Venues in the AXS ticketing system.
• Track and report event configurations, schedules, cash deposits, and promoter interactions.
• Collaborate with event promoters to understand each event's challenges.
• Assist staff, customers, and promoters with reservations and ticketing issues.
• Supervise staff and maintain high-quality work, motivating the team.
• Create weekly staff schedules to optimize resource use.
• Keep staff updated with system and event information on event days.
• Manage customer needs professionally and address inquiries.
• Troubleshoot or escalate technical support issues.
• Develop expertise on all products/services and stay updated on releases.
• Promote business initiatives (Resale, AXS Premium) to promoters.
