Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern, Operations, to support daily stadium, training facility, and events operations. This paid, part-time internship is part of the Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Start date is January 11, 2027, with end date June 4, 2027. Schedule is fewer than 20 hours per week, with nights, weekends and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
• Self-starter who is able to multi-task, learn quickly and work independently and within a team.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and in various settings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior operations, events, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stadium and training facility set up and breakdown.
• Assist with any team operational requests or needs.
• Assist with facility upkeep
• Work flexible and varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in periodic facility walk throughs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
